SuperFiber Privacy Policy
Overview
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Super Fiber Inc. ("SuperFiber," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from superfiber.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. SuperFiber was previously sold under the Bellway name, and this policy also covers information collected under that name.
This policy applies to information we collect:
- On the Site, including our product quiz
- In emails, text messages, chat, phone calls and other communications between you and us
- Through surveys and forms
- When you interact with our ads or content on third-party sites and platforms that link to this policy
It does not apply to third-party sites or stores where our products are sold, such as Amazon or retail partners. Those companies have their own privacy policies.
In this policy, "Visitors" means anyone who browses the Site, and "Customers" means anyone who buys or subscribes to our products. By using the Site, you agree to this policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Device and usage information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This includes your browser type, language, IP address, time zone, the pages and products you view, the sites or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Site. We call this "Device Information." We collect it using:
- Cookies: small data files placed on your device, often with an anonymous unique identifier. To learn more or to disable cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.
- Log files: records of actions on the Site, including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
- Web beacons, tags and pixels: electronic files that record how you browse the Site.
Contact and account information
When you create an account, sign up for emails, contact us or make a purchase, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, zip code and shipping address. We may also ask for your age and gender. We call this "Personal Information."
Quiz and wellness information
If you take our product quiz, we ask about your health, wellness and daily habits so we can recommend the right products. This may include digestive habits, dietary preferences and restrictions, health goals and, in some cases, medical conditions. We call this "Lifestyle Information." Answering is optional. We collect and use Lifestyle Information only if you choose to take the quiz and agree when prompted. Some laws treat it as sensitive information or "consumer health data."
Order and billing information
When you buy a product or subscription, we collect Personal Information along with details of what you ordered. We call this "Order Information." To pay, you provide a credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address and any promotional code. We call this "Billing Information." Our third-party payment processors handle Billing Information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Communications
We keep the messages you send us, such as customer service requests, reviews, survey responses and your email or text preferences.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill orders, process payments, manage subscriptions, handle returns and provide customer support
- Give you personalized product recommendations based on your quiz answers
- Communicate with you about your orders, your account and, if you have not opted out, our products and promotions
- Screen orders and activity for fraud and other risks, and keep the Site secure
- Improve the Site, improve our existing products and develop new ones
- Run analytics, build reports and understand how people use the Site
- Show you advertising for our products on other sites, apps and services
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms and Conditions
Our recommendations are for general wellness and are not medical advice. We do not use your quiz answers for advertising, and we do not share them with advertising platforms.
Cookies, Advertising and How We Share Information
Analytics
We use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, that use Device Information to help us understand how people use the Site, build reports and measure performance. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The services we use may change from time to time.
Advertising
We and our advertising and social media partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools to collect Device Information and Site activity, such as pages viewed, items added to a cart and purchases. We use this to show you ads for our products on other sites, apps and services and to measure how well those ads work. Under some state laws, this can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale" of personal information. See Your Privacy Rights below for how to opt out.
To learn more about targeted advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative's educational page. You can opt out of targeted advertising here:
- Facebook: facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
- Google: google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
- Bing: Microsoft personalized ads settings
- Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of targeted advertising, sale and sharing where the law requires. We do not change our data practices in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.
How we share information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We share information in these situations:
- Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fulfillment and shipping partners, email and text messaging tools, customer service tools, analytics providers and technical services. They receive only the information they need to do their work.
- Advertising and social media partners: Device Information and Site activity, as described above.
- Corporate transactions: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets or stock, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Affiliates: companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Super Fiber Inc.
- Aggregated or de-identified data: we may share this with third parties to improve our products. It does not identify you.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that sharing is necessary to comply with the law, report illegal activity, cooperate with law enforcement, protect our rights, property or personnel, or protect the safety of users or the public.
- With your consent: in any other case where you ask or agree to it.
Data Retention, Security and Marketing Messages
Retention
We keep Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements to keep it longer. We keep quiz answers for as long as needed to provide your recommendations, until you ask us to delete them, or until you withdraw your consent.
Security
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration and destruction. No system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Marketing messages
You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any SuperFiber email. If you have signed up for text messages, reply STOP to opt out. You cannot opt out of transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

Consumer health data
If you live in a state with a consumer health data law, such as Washington or Nevada, your quiz answers may be consumer health data. We collect them only with your consent, use them only to provide the quiz and your recommendations, and do not sell them. You can withdraw your consent, ask for access to your quiz answers, or ask us to delete them at any time by contacting us.
Children, International Visitors, Changes and Contact
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are under 18, please do not give us your information. If you know of a child under 18 who has used the Site, contact us and we will delete that information.
